Chairman & CEO of Teravision Technologies
Ricardo obtained an Electronic Engineering degree from Simon Bolivar University in Caracas, Venezuela and also earned a MSC in Telecommunications at Essex University in the UK. At the beginning of his career, he became a Senior Product Manager at Verizon (Venezuelan Subsidiary), leading teams developing Internet products for the small and medium enterprise market, and among 100,000 employees worldwide, he and his team earned the Gold Verizon Excellence Award in 2000. His background includes project management and finance specializing in telecommunication projects. He has developed and implemented business strategies for telecommunication, technology and software products at small and medium size companies for US and Latin America. Ricardo was one of Teravision Technologies’ founding partners responsible for defining and implementing marketing strategies, finance and sales, taking the company from the start-up phase to a profitable company. |

Oswin earned a System Engineering degree and Network Specialization from Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas, Venezuela. Oswin’s background includes architecture and development of complex web applications using Object Oriented Programming and relational databases. His expertise includes all stages of software development including: Gather Requirement, Solution Design, Project Plan Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Deployment and Maintenance. |

COO
Hector studied Computer Science, at the Facultad de Ciencias of the UCV (Universidad Central de Venezuela) and he has certifications in:
- "Linux Certificate Administrator" by the ISEIT (Institute of Higher Studies and Technology Research).
- LPI101 exam (Junior Level Administration) approved by the LPI (Linux Professional Institute).
- "Salesforce Authorized Consultant Level 3" by Salesforce.com.
He worked as a teacher assistant at the Computer Science School for about 3 years and he did his internship work there too, developing an Internship Management System.
Hector started working in Teravision Technologies in September 2006 in the Soma project. Beginning in November of that year, he was assigned the technical direction of the CRM-Vtrenz/Silverpop Integration Project and, together with the most talented team of developers available; he has worked so far in three different generations of the application successfully and obtaining the recognition of one of the largest customers of our company.

Josmairy is graduated in Industrial Relations at “Universidad Catolica Andres Bello” in 2005. Currently, she is studying English at “Universidad Central de Venezuela” since 2008. Her career has been developed in Human Resources field, working for small and medium companies, on areas such as: Advertising, Consulting, Telecomunications and Technology. Josmairy joined "Teravision Technologies" as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2007, and nowadays, she manages it with the main purpose of supporting the grown of the company, while increasing quality of life of Teravision's team by offering professional oportunities & favoring a positive enviroment. |

Jasmin is graduated from Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín (URBE) University in 1998. She has over 10 years experience as Project´s Management and Leadership, Software Evaluation, Identification of Technical and Functional Requeriments, Analysis/Design and Systems Programming. Her goal is to apply her knowledge at a management & consulting level, provide innovative solutions, and achieve success. She works at Teravision Technologies since July 2009 as SOMA 's Product Management, where is the responsible for ensuring the quality of the new features that are constantly updated product and support customers in their process of implementation and trainining. Conducting regular monitoring with each customer ensure that SOMA is supporting the efforts of Maintenance and Operations.

Enrique obtained a Systems Engineering degree with focus on management consulting. He also has a strong background on Supply Chain Systems and business intelligence applications. Enrique oversees the Games development activity for the Company and is responsible for the overall operations. His career has included positions at Procter & Gamble in Latin America as a Supply Chain Information Technology Systems Analyst, with one of his key roles as understanding specific business needs in a broad set of areas such as Marketing, Finance and Sales, and the design and execution of their respective solutions. |

Felix earned an MBA from University of San Francisco, California, with emphasis in telecommunications, including Information and Communication Technologies and Wireless Communications. He also earned a BS in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas, Venezuela. His experience has allowed him to perform as a systems and software engineer, technology analyst, software consultant, and project manager. At Teravision Technologies, Felix is responsible for generating 70% of the total sales revenue for the company. His main tasks include sales meetings with prospects and clients, development of business proposals, follow-up in the sales process and the execution of the project, making sure they stay on course while keeping high-quality levels. Felix’s clients are mainly in industries such as: custom software Internet applications, computer based training systems, 3D animations, and online game development. |

Luis holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University with an emphasis in Finance and Operations. His experience includes positions as Sr. Financial Analyst, Lead Financial Analyst, and Sr. Finance Manager for an international consumer goods company. He has developed and managed financial models for strategic evaluation of product pipelines, evaluation of new global foot print opportunities and provided project and business financial analysis for product development using EVA modeling techniques, make vs. buy analyses, and cost and quality evaluations. He has managed the allocation of an annual capital budget of $80 million and led the finance team for a business unit that generates more than $2 billion of annual revenues. |
