Prospect2Call can be used by a Sales Representative from two perspectives:
 
  • Phone Web Form:

  • From Multiple Web2Lead, generate Web Form HTML and place it on your website.
  • As soon as a prospect fills out this Web Form on your website, you will receive a phone call, asking to press “1” to call your prospect.
  • Once you press 1… BOOM your prospect will be in the other side of the call.
  • Call gets recorded at Salesforce for your review.

  • Call a Lead from your Lead Detailed Page:

  • Go to a prospect Lead Detailed Page.
  • Click on a new bottom that will appear “Call this Lead”.
  • You will receive a phone call, asking to press “1” to call your prospect.
