The Challenge
Their main challenge was to amalgamate two of their preexisting websites together, as well as a number of other applications for their business. They were on a tight schedule for releasing them, so they needed to quickly put a team together in order to complete their objectives.
The Solution
Business: We put our fast ramp up capabilities to work, finding them a nearshore software development team that could provide them with the results they needed. Once that was finished, we organized the project into two different phases, focusing on the amalgamation of the websites first for phase one, leading into the app development stage. The collaborative and transparent relationship has opened the doors to explore more projects of higher complexity.
Technology: The client required a nearshore software development team with experience in building websites of social networks, marketplaces and professional services using WordPress and Drupal 8. A streamline Project Management integration among Agile teams and assertiveness in UX/UI design are the key points for a timely delivery. Addition of Story Points as an Agile practice added to the Scrum framework has shortened estimation times by reducing back and forth in revisions of tasks.
