The Challenge
The scope of the product evolved over time. Originally, it was a full post-operatory lifecycle, covering elements such as drugs administration, exercise & diet plans, blood & test handling, as well as a daily medical monitoring. Eventually, it morphed into a 24/7 chat room attended by a room of Health Coaches that help the patients maintain their confidence. The challenge was to have our nearshore software development team keep up with these changes as they come in.
The Solution
We were responsible for Business Analysis, UX/UI, Android App Development, Web Admin, QA, DevOps, and Publishing. Whenever possible, we tackled tasks from future sprints in advance to get ahead. We also minimized delivery time by working UX/UI and Development simultaneously. This was only possible through effective communication and feedback from the Daytoday team.
