Speaking with Paula Zárraga, the Head of Product for Hangar Central, she explained to us that their main concern was missing their time-to-market goals. This was due to a lack of in-house development resources and their high cost, as well as lacking a proper methodology to create a functioning product like Hangar Central.
With a clear vision for the product, coupled with the above-mentioned limitations, Hangar Central was in a position where constant pushbacks of the launch would start to impede the product from ever seeing the light of day.


Business: Hangar Central needed a nearshore software development team with a fast ramp-up and couldn’t manage the team internally. They needed cost-effective tech resources with experience delivering projects from end to end, using the latest and best coding practices. On top of that, they needed a bench of available resources to be able to accelerate product development as needed.
Technical: To make sure that the product was released on time, the plan vision was broken down into different deliverables. The first of them was developing the product with the necessary features for a live beta release so that subsequent releases could be built upon it to reach the desired end product through our nearshore software development team.
