The Challenge
Some years ago, in order to bridge the technological gap, JMA/LTCIP built a functional online enrollment portal to unify the carriers’ efforts of attending their clients.
Teravision was selected to apply our quality assurance practices on the current portal and fix their bugs. Thanks to our agile practices, our enablement of fast ramp-up of development teams, and a proven track record of success, we were able to accomplish the task.
A challenge came up during the gathering of user stories: deep business rules and the all-in-one interfaces of the system made it difficult to create a comprehensive information architecture.
The Solution
Due to the mentioned difficulties, assigning an experienced product owner was crucial for the success of the development process. Once assigned, the general objective was to simplify the current workflow and software presentation into a well structured and smooth experience.
We managed this through automated quality assurance practices through the Page-Object Model and sharing the GIT repository to avoid reworking integrations and DevOps.
