The Challenge
They were looking to quickly expand the growth of their product. They had a pretty good idea of what they needed for the new features, but they didn’t have the manpower to accomplish it, nor a way to properly gauge performance. As such, they came to Teravision to provide them with nearshore software development talent that can help them expand their product accordingly.
The Solution
Business: There were not any business rules in place for the project, so our nearshore software development team established two sessions to properly place these rules for each sprint.
Technology: Most of the assets that our teams used were provided by Skipper’s team. These also included iOS based wireframes for once the project reaches this stage. Our nearshore software development team also used Microsoft App Center to launch new iterations of the app for testing purposes.
