The robustness of the final product envisioned by Blue Condor’s management team called for providing frequent releases with new functionalities to all users and developing specific functionalities unique to customer needs. They determined that the best way to accomplish this was through a nearshore software development team.


It took 3-12 weeks of consultancy work to establish the complex and dynamic relationship between Blue Condor and Teravision’s nearshore software development teams. Due to increasing subscriptions, the DevOps team of Teravision and Blue Condor made a sizing and a clean migration program for the SOMA project to AWS from their dedicated server.
