The Challenge
Teravision Technologies was in charge of the entire nearshore software development process for the platform, both for the frontend and backend. The main challenge this project faced was the integration of different messaging and email service providers with the platform, as each provider has a specific set of requirements and details that make them different, which makes integrating them a complex task. Alongside this, their internal team did not have the manpower to integrate these features while keeping the product functional.
The Solution
Business: We provided Villyge with our fast ramp up capabilities, and our nearshore software development team implemented a spike to develop a roadmap for making integration possible, leading us to use a series of best practices in programming structure and compatible integration tools, like NYLAS, that gave us the desired result.
Technical: Checklists need to be built dynamically, meaning a checklist is a JSON object that is defined by the client and then renders correctly by page.
