Teravision Technologies was hired for setting a Dedicated Software Development Team to work together with the Software team of The Baby Box Co.

Baby Box University is a platform established by The Baby Box Co. that provides expecting and new parents with universal access to educational resources and a support system.

The project was to build the main Website of the company. Baby Box University Developed its services in conjunction with leading medical experts including short-form videos, articles, e-books and more.

Challenge and Solutions.

There were two challenges for both companies. The first one was to align their Agile Software Development practices. The second was to make relevant changes in QA, Continuous Integration and Delivery to be executed smoothly by both teams behaving like one.

The scope of the solutions delivered by the combined team goes from regular features such as the Registration Process to more complex functionalities like Multi-Language support and Partner Management.

Use of “The Bench”: A reduced lead time for requested Ramp-ups has been a relevant point of support for The Baby Box University software team.
The customer has assigned complete User Stories to Teravision’s team.
